COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update *TEMPORARY CLOSURE*
As a practice, we continue to follow the Covid-19 virus closely. We have considered many options, but feel that with the mayor’s recent “shelter in place” announcement, it is in the best interest of our patients and staff to temporarily close our doors.
That being said, we will still be available to serve our patients. You can reach out to us in a couple of different ways. One option is to send an email to office@premiereyecarekc.com. This email will be checked daily (Monday-Friday) and a team member or doctor will respond. You can also call our main line (816)761-6337 and leave a message or listen to the prompts to reach the doctor on call if you have an emergency.
Please understand that this is new territory for all of us. We have a strong desire to continue to serve our patients in every way that we can while respecting our government official’s requests and keeping our staff healthy. We will reopen as soon as the “shelter in place” order has been lifted. Keep in mind that medical visits are still allowed during this order. If you have a change in vision that is worrisome to you, have eye pain or other concerns, our team of doctors will still be here to talk over the phone and see you as needed. Just reach out!
